Business Development Specialist

As a Business Development Specialist at Kumon, you will play a vital role in driving the growth and success of our educational centers. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the operations of multiple locations, ensuring they meet our high standards for quality and performance. This includes performing regular evaluations and providing guidance and training to center staff to help them achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee 20-30 locations and ensure compliance with company goals and standards
- Develop and implement strategies to increase operations standards and improve center profitability and performance
- Assess regional market conditions to ensure competitiveness and build brand awareness
- Evaluate local competition and create branch level strategies for franchisees to maintain a competitive edge
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and relevant work experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time management and prioritization skills
- Ability to motivate people, instill accountability, and achieve results
