About The Role:

We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Design Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at The Sliding Door Company.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the residential and commercial sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to optimize sales performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of sales solutions.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by leveraging your skills, experience, and business acumen.

What You'll Need:

  • 3-5 years of successful sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment and with exposure to commercial sectors.
  • Strong research, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Solid mathematical and measurement skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM and prospecting tools.
  • Able to develop new business through cold calling/networking.
  • Outgoing, professional, and self-motivated individual.

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
