Position Overview:
OBXtek is seeking a dedicated Acquisition Analyst Assistant to provide essential support for various intelligence and surveillance operations. This role is pivotal in assisting the Air National Guard with their Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) missions.

Key Responsibilities:
The selected candidate will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Drafting factual justifications for both internal and external contract actions to bolster ISR mission objectives as directed by the government.
  • Assisting the A2/6 Resources team in monitoring and ensuring the timely submission of ISR, Cyber/IT, and Security Procurement Requirement Packages (PRPs) using standard software tools, such as Microsoft Excel. This includes tracking necessary documents, maintaining records, and identifying updates needed.
  • Preparing A2/6 Procurement Requirement Packages (PRPs) in accordance with ANG AMO and NGB/AQ guidelines for review and editing by the A2/6 staff prior to submission.
  • Collaborating with the A2/6 Resource Manager to identify, document, and verify all acquisition requirements, ensuring alignment with government needs.

Qualifications:
Applicants must possess an Active Top Secret clearance with SCI access. A Bachelor’s degree coupled with a minimum of seven (7) years of experience in acquisition-related roles is required.

Travel Requirements:
Travel may be necessary to support this role, with specific locations and arrangements to be coordinated as needed. Travel expenses will be reimbursed in accordance with the Joint Travel Regulation (JTR) and contract funding limitations.
