Job Summary

Puget Collision is seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join our team in Kent, WA. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reconcile general ledger accounts and balance sheet on a monthly basis.
  • Prepare, reconcile, and post accounting transactions in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Perform routine general ledger account analysis and make adjusting entries as needed.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.
  • Generate financial reports for management and other stakeholders as required.
  • Review Profit and Loss statements for each entity and operating location.
  • Provide ad-hoc reporting and support to the finance team.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP and accounting principles.
  • Proven 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Experience with financial accounting systems, with Sage Intacct being a plus.
Behavioral Excellence
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to consistently meet deadlines while producing high-quality, accurate work.
  • Prominent level of integrity and confidentiality in handling company, team member, and vendor information.
  • This is a full-time position based in our Kent, WA corporate office, with one day available for remote work.
