Medical Office Representative

In this role, you will provide top-notch support to patients and families, addressing their concerns and resolving issues promptly and professionally. You will also coordinate with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and efficient resolution of patient accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails from patients and families, addressing their concerns and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Update patient records accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and efficient resolution of patient accounts.
