Position Purpose:

The role of the Micro Cleaner is essential in maintaining the cleanliness of cleanrooms, controlled environments, and GMP laboratory settings.

Work Schedule:
Location 1: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday: 9:30 am - 12:30 pm
Location 2: Tuesday and Thursday: 11:00 am - 3:00 pm

Key Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Executing cleaning operations in accordance with strict protocols, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all tasks.
  • Engaging in ongoing training programs, including cGMP training, technical skills enhancement, safety practices, and performance improvement.
  • Maintaining detailed documentation in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices.
  • Performing micro-cleaning of all surfaces within controlled environments, including ceilings, walls, equipment, and floors.
  • Adhering to customer standard operating procedures with precision, including necessary documentation.
  • Identifying and addressing deviations in cleaning processes, implementing corrective and preventative actions.
  • Reviewing changes to cGMP documentation and participating in re-training as needed.
  • Assisting in the cross-training of other personnel within Controlled Contamination Services.
  • Completing additional duties as assigned by supervisory staff.
Accountability:

Specific results will be assigned and evaluated, including:
  • Familiarity with cleaning chemical components and safety protocols.
  • Maintaining confidentiality in all aspects of the role.
Qualifications:

Education and Experience:
This is an entry-level position; a GED is preferred but not mandatory. Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.
