About Our Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Ambassador to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building relationships with local businesses and promoting our character education materials.

The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of outside sales experience, a strong work ethic, and exceptional communication skills. This role offers an aggressive performance-based compensation plan, with the potential to earn over $100,000 annually.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute personalized sales strategies to support small businesses
  • Foster lasting relationships with clients and promote our character education materials
  • Maintain accurate sales records and client interactions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide outstanding support to clients

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of outside sales success or comparable experience in B2B or B2C sales
  • Faith and integrity, with a strong work ethic and personal integrity
  • Ability to travel up four nights per week to visit clients across your territory
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
