About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our team as an Ambassador for our character education materials. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in local businesses and communities by providing high-quality educational resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster lasting relationships with clients through exceptional customer service and personalized sales strategies.
  • Drive sales growth by identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities in your assigned territory.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and client interactions to ensure seamless support and communication.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver outstanding support to clients and drive business success.

Requirements:

  • 5-10 years of outside sales experience or comparable B2B/B2C sales experience.
  • Strong work ethic and personal integrity, with a focus on serving others and building trust.
  • Ability to travel up four nights per week to visit clients across your territory.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Earnings potential: $60,000 to over $100,000 annually.
  • Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, and a flexible spending card.
  • Company-paid insurance, including short- and long-term disability and life insurance up to $50,000.
  • 401(k) matching program, with company matching 50% of the first 6% contribution.
