We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Branch Office Administrator to join our team at Edward Jones. As a key member of our branch team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional client service and supporting our financial advisors in achieving their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized service to clients, ensuring they feel understood and informed about their financial needs.
  • Take an active role in the annual business planning process, assisting in developing strategies for the upcoming year.
  • Actively listen for situations in clients' lives that may indicate a need for additional services.
  • Drive marketing activities, such as planning and executing events, to promote our services and attract new clients.
