About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Engineer to join our IT team at Re:Build Manufacturing. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting complex IT solutions across our enterprise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, research, and evaluate business software and services.
  • Design, plan, implement, and support critical business software and services, as well as improve existing processes and infrastructure.
  • Monitor service health and develop proactive monitoring processes for better service insight and alerting.
  • Provide guidance to Software and Digital teams, as well as other administrators across the businesses.
  • Define, document, and follow standards and best practices for systems design, testing, implementation, and security.
  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures, Knowledge Base articles, and Troubleshooting Guides to promote user and administrator self-service.
  • Drive scripting and automation to develop solutions to common problems.
  • Serve as the ultimate resource for resolution of complex problems in a timely and proactive manner.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or a related field.
  • 5 years' experience managing and implementing solutions on Microsoft Azure.
  • 5 years' experience diagnosing and fixing IT services, using logical problem-solving to quickly identify and address root cause.
  • 3 years' experience engineering new enterprise solutions from requirements gathering through implementation, documentation, and operational handoff.
  • Experience managing complex multi-forest / multi-tenant / multi-cloud environments.
  • Significant experience with Microsoft 365, specifically Entra ID, Teams, SharePoint, Security and Compliance Center, Intune, and Defender for Endpoint.
  • Experience with Azure Government, Microsoft 365 GCC High, and AWS GovCloud, preferred.
  • Experience with various Microsoft 365 integration and migration scenarios, preferred.
