Job Overview

At Intermountain Electric, we're seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team in Cheyenne, WY. This role involves providing top-notch support to our staff, ensuring smooth daily operations, and maintaining a clean and organized office environment.

As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, preparing documents, and managing office supplies. About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires working on construction job sites, which can be physically demanding. You must be able to adapt to changing situations and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required, associate or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
