Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at the Rock Creek Energy Center. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in coordinating office services, managing administrative activities, and ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.

Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to management and staff, including coordination of travel arrangements, preparation of reports, and maintenance of records.
  • Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including purchasing, payroll, and budgeting.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Special Projects: Assist with special projects, such as events planning, data analysis, and process improvement initiatives.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Skillset: Proficient in Microsoft Office, strong communication and organizational skills, ability to work independently, and excellent problem-solving abilities.
