Job Title: Product Development Coordinator

At Diono LLC, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Product Development Coordinator to join our Global Product Development team. This is a full-time onsite position in our Sumner, WA office.

Job Summary

The Product Development Coordinator will oversee the administration of product development projects, including organization and maintenance of lab dips, strike offs & mini bulks, sample management, and showroom maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Track and communicate projects across departments
  • Communicate with suppliers on a daily basis
  • Assist in creating product technical packs, including pack out information and soft goods information
  • Arrange lab dips, strike offs, and mini bulks, and maintain up-to-date libraries
  • Manage samples and prototypes, including maintaining up-to-date showroom samples and gold seal sample archive
  • Work closely with compliance to generate fabric test matrixes
  • Assist in assessing and providing feedback on samples and prototypes
  • Collate and communicate accurate product data for use by purchasing and marketing functions
  • Define spare parts and accessories requirements
  • Request and maintain library of costed Bills of Material (BOM)
  • Conduct market and competitor research as directed by Product Development Manager
Requirements
  • Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office productivity software, especially PowerPoint and Excel
  • Project management experience
  • Curious and analytical with ability to prioritize workloads

Work Environment

The work environment is generally good, with little or no exposure to extremes in noise or temperature. The position requires manual dexterity to operate phones, computers, and other office equipment. Vision correctable to 20/40 is required to review written materials.

The position involves some lifting or climbing, and work is performed in an office and warehouse setting. Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds occasionally.
