Key Responsibilities:

  • Track and expedite production parts to ensure timely delivery.
  • Attend production meetings and report on part status.
  • Coordinate with shop and administrative personnel to ensure timely completion of actions.
  • Manage special needs for expedited parts, including hand layout and unscheduled tool deliveries.
  • Monitor and report on special schedules provided to customers.
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with production control.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, and/or 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
