We're seeking a skilled Shop Foreman to join our PacLease team, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our heavy-duty truck service department.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in heavy-duty truck repair and maintenance, with experience in managing a team of technicians and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of technicians to ensure efficient and effective repair and maintenance of heavy-duty trucks.
  • Develop and implement procedures to improve shop efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with the Service Manager to ensure seamless communication and coordination between departments.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying knowledge to improve shop operations.

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience in heavy-duty truck repair and maintenance.
  • Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) and a qualified Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software applications.
