We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Experience Operations Partner to join our team at Netflix. As a key member of our Talent Experience Operations (TEO) team, you will play a critical role in shaping and supporting the growth of our talent ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with talent leaders to execute effective talent operations practices and increase business operations capabilities.
- Work closely with the TEO team to ensure comprehensive design and delivery support for each acquisition and new line of business.
- Collaborate with regional and global operations delivery teams to ensure our acquisitions and new lines of business are well-supported.
- Guide business leaders and team members to focus on impactful work by collaborating with key partners.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant Human Resources Operations experience partnering with managers on the full employment lifecycle.
- Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem-solving skills, high judgment, critical thinking, and analysis.
- Strong systems capabilities and project management skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to drive recommendations and prioritization.
