This role is situated within a reputable law firm known for its extensive regional influence and national commercial real estate expertise. The firm’s real estate division has a distinguished history of supporting developers, investors, and financial institutions in navigating intricate commercial property transactions. They are currently in search of a mid-level Associate Attorney specializing in Commercial Real Estate to enhance their Charlotte office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support a diverse array of commercial real estate functions, including acquisitions, sales, leasing, due diligence, and partnerships.
  • Draft, negotiate, and structure documentation pertinent to commercial real estate deals.
  • Work collaboratively with a team of seasoned attorneys on various prominent projects at both local and national levels.
  • Foster effective client communication and demonstrate strong problem-solving capabilities.
Qualifications
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree is mandatory.
  • Must be licensed to practice law in North Carolina.
  • 2-5 years of experience in commercial real estate law is required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Exhibit strong communication skills, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Compensation: $190,000 - $340,000 annually
