Our client is a highly respected law firm with a strong regional presence and a national commercial real estate practice.

Their real estate team has a proven track record of advising developers, investors, and financial institutions through complex commercial real estate transactions.

They are seeking a mid-level Commercial Real Estate Associate to join their growing Charlotte office.

Job Description

Assist with a wide range of commercial real estate tasks, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, due diligence, and joint ventures.

Structure, negotiate, and draft documentation for commercial real estate transactions.
Collaborate with a team of experienced attorneys on various high-profile projects locally and nationally.
Maintain strong client communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications:
Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.
Admitted to the North Carolina State Bar.
2-5 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions.
Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Strong communication skills, self-motivation, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
