The Role
We are seeking a seasoned NetSuite Specialist, Operations to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience implementing new NetSuite solutions while assessing and optimizing existing functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Optimize Supply Chain Processes
- Analyze and improve supply chain workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Inventory Management
- Implement and manage inventory management solutions within NetSuite to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
- Order-to-Cash Process
- Streamline the order-to-cash process to improve order fulfillment and cash flow.
- Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Implement and optimize WMS solutions to improve warehouse operations and inventory accuracy.
- System Configuration and Customization
- Configure and customize NetSuite to meet the specific needs of the business.
- Data Analysis and Reporting
- Generate and analyze reports to provide insights into business performance and identify areas for improvement.
- User Training and Support
- Provide training and support to users to ensure effective use of NetSuite solutions.
- Project Management
- Lead and manage NetSuite implementation and optimization projects from start to finish.
- Collaboration
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver effective NetSuite solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field or a combination of education, training, and experience.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience working with NetSuite, with a focus on supply chain, inventory management, order-to-cash, and WMS in a CPG-oriented company.
- Proficiency in NetSuite configuration, customization, and integration.
- Strong understanding of supply chain and inventory management principles.
- Ability to analyze complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven experience in managing projects and delivering results on time and within budget.
- NetSuite certifications are a plus.
- Experience with other ERP systems best practices within Oracle's NetSuite.
- Strong knowledge of best practices in supply chain and inventory management.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and driven to provide top customer service, delivering full end-to-end solutions.
