Responsibilities
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns
  • Finalize agreements with clients
  • Oversee the completion of the closing process
  • Verify and confirm closing dates
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Articulate product and service offerings to clients
  • Assist sales team members in closing transactions

Education
  • Associate's Degree in Business or a related field
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field
  • College Diploma in Business or a related field
  • High School Diploma (or equivalent)

Qualifications
  • Prior experience in sales
