Jewelry Sales Consultant

At Brilliant Earth, we're seeking a skilled Jewelry Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Jewelry Sales Consultant, you will provide exceptional customer experiences, guiding customers through the sales process and ensuring they find their perfect piece of jewelry. You will work in our Santa Monica, CA showroom location, interacting with customers, and utilizing sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize sales strategies and product knowledge to guide customers through the sales process.
- Manage a high volume of incoming sales leads via email, live chat, and phones to attain individual revenue targets.
- Proactively greet, check-in, and assist customers in the purchasing process.
- Conduct post-sale appointments to assist and educate customers returning for pick-ups, exchanges, re-sizing, and other inquiries.
- Call customers to confirm showroom appointments and answer any pre-appointment questions.
- Review customer feedback surveys and online reviews, working with leaders to continuously improve the customer experience and sales performance.
- Skillfully enforce policies within the waiting room to ensure a safe and pleasant experience for all guests, and ensure product security.
- Open and/or close the showroom and waiting area.
- Act as a brand advocate, sharing our mission of creating a more sustainable, transparent, and compassionate jewelry industry.
Requirements:
- A passion for the customer and a drive to exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Able to work a part-time schedule, including weekend days.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
