The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales and promotion of Hubbell Wiring Device-Kellems products through Distribution to end-users and specifying influences within a designated territory. A Day In The Life- Manage territory to ensure effective use of time and Company assets to achieve sales objectives.
- Conduct sales calls on Distributors and potential users of Hubbell products.
- Train Distributor personnel to sell and promote Hubbell products, and manage inventory to ensure proper levels.
- Conduct sales training and presentations to various groups, including distributors and end-users.
- Communicate with District Manager on issues, opportunities, and new products.
- Service distributors and end-users while creating demand for Hubbell's product offering.
- Build strong relationships with distribution, end-users, and specifying influences.
- At least 5 years industry experience.
- Proficient computer skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, TEAMS, Salesforce, and SAP Concur Solutions.
- Excellent presentation skills.
