Job Overview

The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales and promotion of Hubbell Wiring Device-Kellems products through Distribution to end-users and specifying influences within a designated territory. This role requires strong relationships with contractors and a focus on achieving assigned sales quotas.

A Day In The Life
  • Manage territory to ensure effective use of time and Company assets to achieve sales objectives.
  • Conduct sales calls on Distributors and potential users of Hubbell products.
  • Train Distributor personnel to sell and promote Hubbell products, and manage inventory to ensure proper levels.
  • Conduct sales training and presentations to various groups, including distributors and end-users.
  • Communicate with District Manager on issues, opportunities, and new products.
  • Service distributors and end-users while creating demand for Hubbell's product offering.
  • Build strong relationships with distribution, end-users, and specifying influences.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years industry experience.
  • Proficient computer skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, TEAMS, Salesforce, and SAP Concur Solutions.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
