POSITION OVERVIEW:
We invite you to become a part of our innovative team as an Automation Systems Engineer. In this crucial position, you will design, integrate, and implement electronic control systems, wiring harnesses, and schematics tailored for specialized products. This role offers the exciting chance to work directly with and develop state-of-the-art control systems, hardware, and software.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Generate electrical harness diagrams and system schematics for mobile equipment utilizing 2D and 3D CAD software
  • Design and draft sheet metal brackets and related drawings
  • Construct, troubleshoot, and revise harness and electrical schematics
  • Develop, test, and debug control software (PLC design)
  • Oversee projects from initial concept through prototype development to final production
  • Manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently within cross-functional teams
  • Engage effectively with clients and suppliers
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Knowledge of electronic control systems and control logic
  • Expertise in electrical harness, schematic, and circuit design
  • Familiarity with mobile, agricultural, and/or industrial machinery
  • Proficient with basic hand tools for electrical assembly
  • Experience in fluid power systems control
  • Ability to learn and utilize control software (e.g., iQAN, PowerVision)
  • Proficient in AutoCAD for engineering drawings
  • Familiarity with 3D modeling software (e.g., Inventor)
  • Programming skills (C++, VBA, etc.)
  • Project management skills from concept to production
  • Analytical skills for complex schematics and documentation
  • Ability to craft presentations and articles using innovative techniques
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities
  • Application of mathematical and electrical principles to real-world challenges
  • Exceptional problem-solving and logical analysis skills
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Computer preferred)
  • Prior engineering experience is preferred (internships, co-ops, part-time, or full-time)
