At Paystand, we're revolutionizing the way businesses manage their finances through decentralized finance (DeFi) solutions. As a trailblazer in this space, we're seeking a skilled Account Executive to join our team and drive growth through strategic sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively source and qualify leads through targeted outbound prospecting efforts, leveraging industry connections and networking opportunities.
  • Conduct in-depth discovery calls to understand potential clients' pain points, business objectives, and requirements, and develop tailored sales presentations and proposals to address their needs.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless transitions from prospecting to closing and implementation, and negotiate contract terms, pricing, and terms of service agreements to drive successful deal closures.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progression in our CRM system, and stay informed about industry trends, competitive offerings, and market developments to effectively position our solutions.
  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets and revenue objectives, and contribute to the growth and success of our expanding ecosystem.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a B2B sales role, preferably within the SaaS or payments technology industry, with a proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Strong understanding of payments technology, including merchant services, payment processing, and financial services, and experience working with Sage ERP solutions is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner, and a strategic thinker with a consultative sales approach and a focus on building long-term client relationships.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and proficiency with CRM software and other sales productivity tools.
