We are seeking a seasoned Restaurant Manager to join our team at Green Ridge Hospitality in Columbia, MD.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, with opportunities for growth and development in the hospitality industry.

Job Description

The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, including managing employees, inventory, and supplies. They will also be expected to optimize profits, ensure guest satisfaction, and maintain high standards of quality and service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all areas of the restaurant, making decisions on matters related to guest service
  • Oversee the selection, engagement, and performance management of employees
  • Optimize profits by controlling costs, increasing sales, and improving operational efficiency
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience in a management-level position at a full-service upscale casual restaurant
  • Supervisory experience in both kitchen and front-of-house operations
  • Ability to articulate benchmarks for running a great shift and building long-term sales
  • Familiarity with restaurant systems, including Toast, Margin Edge, and payroll software
