A leading hospitality company, AC Hotel Washington DC, is seeking a Senior Hospitality Leader to join our team. This dynamic role will oversee front-of-house operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and efficient service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead by example, promoting a culture of excellence in customer service and food safety standards.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless order execution and timely delivery.
• Manage daily staffing, optimizing labor efficiency and minimizing overtime.
• Conduct thorough checks of servers' work, verifying accuracy and completeness of orders.
• Troubleshoot POS system issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.

Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in a similar role or as a senior server, demonstrating leadership potential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and empower team members.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on resolving conflicts and improving processes.
• Familiarity with restaurant operations, including inventory management and cash handling procedures.
• Ability to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends, and lift up to 25 pounds.
