Sunrise Senior Living, a leader in senior care for over 30 years, is seeking a dedicated Caregiving Professional/Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and service to our residents.
About the Role:
In this rewarding position, you will be responsible for providing direct resident care, supervising non-licensed team members, and ensuring the highest degree of quality assurance and regulatory compliance. Your expertise will also be utilized in coordinating residents' health and wellness needs, working closely with family members, and consulting with community physicians to ensure personalized care.
Responsibilities and Qualifications:
- Ensuring quality care and service delivery
- Overseeing coordination of residents' health and wellness needs
- Supervising non-licensed team members
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure comprehensive care
- Meeting regulatory requirements and maintaining a safe and healthy environment
Requirements:
- Graduate of an approved college/school of nursing
- Current state license as a Practical Nurse/Vocational Nurse
- A minimum of one year of experience in long-term care, assisted living, skilled nursing, hospital, and/or full-service operations
- Demonstrated knowledge of nursing practices, techniques, and methods as applied to skilled nursing and resident care
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and maintain a safe and healthy environment
Benefits and Opportunities:
Sunrise offers a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
