· Extensive experience in the software delivery lifecycle, including: gathering and refining functional requirements; translating complex requirements into manageable user stories; defining detailed acceptance criteria; collaborating with clients to create release plans; managing product backlogs; integrating user feedback; and preparing documentation for system capabilities and business processes.

· Experience in systems integration and migration projects.

· Understanding of software development principles, including the strengths and limitations of various programming languages, as well as testing methodologies (System, Unit, Integration, Interface).

· Knowledge of business process modeling techniques.

· Proven success in applying Agile/Scrum methodologies across multiple projects.

· Excellent interpersonal skills, including effective listening, written and verbal communication, client engagement, and stakeholder management.

· Experience in the music or entertainment industry is advantageous.
