Our clients, including business owners and executives, gather regularly for comprehensive leadership development training.

Key Responsibilities

Pre-Event Management:
Deliver an exceptional client experience by managing all aspects of event preparation:
- Communicate event specifics (time, date, location, accommodation options) to clients.
- Prepare course manuals and create name badges.
- Oversee registration and prepare presentation materials.

Event Execution:
Ensure seamless event operations:
- Welcome and register attendees.
- Arrange room setups and distribute course materials.
- Manage audiovisual equipment and coordinate catering services.
- Capture event moments through photography and distribute certificates.

Post-Event Follow-Up:
Maintain client relationships and ensure satisfaction:
- Input client information into the CRM system.
- Send out passwords and ship necessary documents.
- Communicate details of upcoming events to clients.

Ongoing Responsibilities:
Support continuous improvement and client engagement:
- Collaborate on corporate communication strategies.
- Organize weekly webinars, including setup and monitoring.
- Maintain an organized client database and handle daily administrative tasks.
- Uphold the office's professional image and manage supply levels.
- Create and maintain client files in the CRM and LMS systems.
- Develop and proofread internal and external communications regarding company updates and innovations.

Preferred Qualifications

- Exceptional attention to detail and a friendly demeanor.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a commitment to client satisfaction.
- Proficient in writing clear and organized correspondence.
- Excellent proofreading abilities and familiarity with PowerPoint and Excel.
- Experience in graphic design and social media is a plus.

Educational Background

- A degree in business, marketing, communication, or a related field is preferred, though relevant experience is highly valued.
