KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least three years of experience in a reception or administrative role.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, along with a strong customer service orientation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Reliability and punctuality are essential.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
  • This position requires general office work, including the use of standard office equipment.
  • Ability to perform tasks that involve sitting, standing, and occasional lifting of up to 30 pounds.
