Job Summary

The Branch Services Specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring the integrity and accuracy of various Branch Services activities, including items processing, balancing of files, and related tasks. This position requires a high level of analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain knowledge and perform tasks related to items processing, balancing of files, and monitoring of Branch Scanning issues, Missing Deposit Reports, and Virtual Vault monitoring.
  • Continuously strive to improve operational efficiencies and customer experience.
  • Create a positive teamwork environment and ensure written policies and procedures are maintained.
  • Monitor activities for accurate completion and correction when necessary.
  • Participate in Business Continuity and Incident Response as an alternate.
  • Support the Deposit Account Services Manager on projects and special tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of related Operations experience.
  • 2 years of Customer Service Experience.
  • Proven accuracy and thoroughness.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in PC functions, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and all bank-related systems.
