Job Summary

BrightView Landscape Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Driver Crew Leader to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for directing the work of 2-5 crew members and ensuring that assigned tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to the quality standards set by BrightView and our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare landscape trucks for the day, including loading gas cans, mowers, and other equipment, and securing all equipment onto trucks/trailers.
  • Maintain a schedule and ensure service expectations are met, including communicating regularly with the Production Manager to ensure client needs and expectations are consistently met or exceeded.
  • Surface customer problems or concerns and report back to the Production Manager, and assist in resolving issues with customer service when needed.
  • Ensure work is performed safely and in accordance with company policies, and participate in branch meetings as directed.
  • Accurately capture and turn in crew time logs, and log equipment usage and maintenance cycles.
Requirements
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Ability to operate various vehicles, with or without trailers
  • BrightView Equipment certifications
  • Experience in a landscape-related field
  • Demonstrated leadership among the team and with peers
