Customer Experience Specialist

HEAD USA, a leading global provider of premium, high-performance equipment and apparel for athletes and players, is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our U.S. Customer Experience Team in Boulder, Colorado.

About the Role:

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic customer service professional to provide world-class support to our U.S. Account base team. As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, answering inbound phone calls, and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide world-class customer service to our U.S. Account base team
  • Answer inbound phone calls and respond to customer inquiries
  • Order entry and expediting outbound shipments
  • Problem resolution and follow-up
  • Work closely with the outside sales force and internal operations teammates
  • Act as a liaison between departments
  • Provide information on product lines, programs, and procedures to customers

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred
  • Experience in the sporting goods industry (Racquet, Paddle, and Winter Sports) encouraged
  • Proven excellence in a fast-paced team environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Bachelor's degree preferred/Associates degree required
  • PC literate with proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office software
  • Background with SAP (ERP) systems a plus
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities as necessary
