Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and Manage the Sales Team: Oversee and mentor a team of Outbound Sales and Account Managers, providing guidance, support, and strategic direction to ensure they achieve their individual and team sales targets.
* Develop Regional Sales Plans: Create and implement robust regional sales strategies that align with Cropster's overall business objectives. Tailor these plans to address the unique market dynamics and customer needs within your region.
* Drive Market Penetration: Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including industry partners, influencers, and decision-makers, to expand Cropster's reach and influence within the region.
* Analyze and Respond to Market Trends: Continuously monitor and analyze market trends, customer behaviors, and competitive activities. Adjust sales strategies and tactics accordingly to stay ahead of market shifts and maintain a competitive edge.
* Coordinate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with internal teams, including Marketing, Product Management, and Strategy, to ensure a cohesive and unified approach to regional sales efforts. Provide market feedback to these teams to inform product development and marketing initiatives.
* Set and Achieve Sales Targets: Establish ambitious sales targets for your region, monitor performance against these targets, and implement corrective actions when necessary to ensure goals are met.
* Report on Sales Performance: Provide regular updates and detailed sales reports to senior management, highlighting successes, challenges, and opportunities for growth within your region.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
* 7+ years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably within the B2B software or coffee industry.
* Deep knowledge of the coffee industry, including supply chain management, market trends, and customer needs.
* Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing sales teams.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate market data into actionable sales strategies.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
Nice to Have:
* Experience working in a remote or globally distributed team environment, with the ability to manage teams across different time zones and cultural contexts.
* Familiarity with advanced sales tools and analytics software, including CRM systems and data analysis platforms.
