Job Summary

The UPS Store #4188 is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our retail sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to all walk-in customers and telephone inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to customers in a fast-paced retail environment

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites
  • Outstanding phone skills and verbal and written communication skills
  • Prompt, reliable, and responsible
  • Able to lift 40 pounds
