Job Summary
The UPS Store #4188 is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our retail sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to all walk-in customers and telephone inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to customers in a fast-paced retail environment
- Practice good listening skills with customers, team members, and leadership
- Take ownership of customer shipping needs and offer viable solutions
- Learn and operate all equipment, software, and devices in an expert fashion
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites
- Outstanding phone skills and verbal and written communication skills
- Prompt, reliable, and responsible
- Able to lift 40 pounds
