Human Resources Manager

We're shaping the future of leisure travel by creating new possibilities for vacationers. As a Human Resources Manager at Travel + Leisure Co., you'll play a key role in ensuring the general well-being and productivity of our Resort Operations and Sales, Marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with our company goals and initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws, regulations, and company policies and procedures.
  • Partner with our business teams to provide HR support and guidance.
  • Implement HR and strategic initiatives, including talent management, organization development, performance management, employee relations, compensation, and policy integration.
  • Manage significant project management and change management responsibilities, including the rollout of company-wide programs.
Requirements:
  • 4-year college degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Business Administration, or Communications.
  • PHR certification preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to deliver effective presentations.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to gain consensus among peers and subordinates.
  • Ability to resolve employee conflicts and offer advice and solutions.
  • Ability to maintain professional composure in emotional or confrontational circumstances.
  • Must have competency in coaching others to obtain optimal business results.
  • Knowledge of laws and regulations relating to HR, including EEO and FLSA.
  • Project management experience and strong relationship building techniques.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft applications.
