Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team at APFSC. As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.
Responsibilities:- Generate sales from various media sources, including Google Ads, Social media, Live Lead Transfers, Form Fills, SMS marketing, and Email campaigns.
- Understand customer needs and requirements to effectively pitch and demonstrate our financial solutions.
- Closing sales and achieving quarterly quotas.
- Using our CRM to convert aged leads through email, SMS, follow-up calls.
- Developing strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers.
- Tracking all sales activities and maintaining detailed records in our CRM system.
- Identifying and targeting potential clients in need of our services.
- Conducting outbound calls to follow up on leads.
- Educating potential clients on the benefits of our financial solutions.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and guidance.
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets and performance metrics.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Staying informed about industry trends and developments to effectively communicate the value of our services.
- 2+ years of proven inside sales experience (ideally in a B2C environment).
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Familiarity with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Track record of over-achieving quota.
- Strong phone presence and experience.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Highly motivated with a positive attitude and excellent people skills.
- Outstanding Telephone Etiquette skills.
- Proficient Computer Skills.
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
- BA/BS degree in Business, Finance, or a related field or equivalent preferred but not necessary.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for helping others.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
