Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team at APFSC. As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.

Responsibilities:
  • Generate sales from various media sources, including Google Ads, Social media, Live Lead Transfers, Form Fills, SMS marketing, and Email campaigns.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements to effectively pitch and demonstrate our financial solutions.
  • Closing sales and achieving quarterly quotas.
  • Using our CRM to convert aged leads through email, SMS, follow-up calls.
  • Developing strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers.
  • Tracking all sales activities and maintaining detailed records in our CRM system.
  • Identifying and targeting potential clients in need of our services.
  • Conducting outbound calls to follow up on leads.
  • Educating potential clients on the benefits of our financial solutions.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and guidance.
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Staying informed about industry trends and developments to effectively communicate the value of our services.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of proven inside sales experience (ideally in a B2C environment).
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Familiarity with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Track record of over-achieving quota.
  • Strong phone presence and experience.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Highly motivated with a positive attitude and excellent people skills.
  • Outstanding Telephone Etiquette skills.
  • Proficient Computer Skills.
  • Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
  • BA/BS degree in Business, Finance, or a related field or equivalent preferred but not necessary.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for helping others.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
