About the Role

  • You will be the face of Terminix in your local community, working closely with customers to understand their pest control concerns and providing expert advice on how to address them.
  • You will be responsible for generating new business leads, developing and implementing sales strategies, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • You will work closely with our technical team to ensure that customers receive the highest level of service and support.
  • You will be required to travel regularly to customer sites, inspecting and assessing pest problems, and providing solutions to meet customer needs.

Requirements

  • A high school education or equivalent.
  • A valid driver's license from your current state of residence.
  • Strong social, customer service, and communication skills.

Physical Demands

  • You will be required to move up to 10 pounds regularly and 11-20 pounds frequently, whether lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, or repositioning objects.
  • You will be required to move around regularly, sitting, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling.
  • You will be required to safely operate a motor vehicle and ensure that it and all other equipment are kept clean.
  • You will be required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE), such as an OSHA-compliant respirator, and work in confined spaces, narrow aisles, or passageways.
