We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sun-Kissed Club Ambassador to join our team at our Lincoln location. As a key member of our Relax and Recover department, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service and driving sales.



Key Responsibilities


  • Customer Consultation: Provide professional and knowledgeable advice on safe tanning practices, UV tanning beds, and spray tan options to our valued customers.
  • High-Traffic Management: Balance the needs of our tanning desk during peak periods, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for our members.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Exceed weekly and monthly sales targets through suggestive selling techniques and effective product promotion.
  • Administrative Tasks: Complete daily paperwork, track progress, and maintain accurate records to drive business success.
  • Facility Maintenance: Ensure the tanning facility remains clean, organized, and sanitized to the highest standards.
  • Product Expertise: Clearly explain the differences between tanning equipment, UV light types, and tanning lotions to our customers.


Requirements and Qualifications


  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required for this role.
  • Age Requirement: Candidates must be at least 18 years old to be considered for this position.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Proven ability to communicate effectively in person, via phone, and in writing.
  • Retail and Customer Service Experience: A background in retail or customer service is essential for this role.
  • Reliable Transportation: A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are necessary for this position.
  • CPR/AED Certification: Current certification in CPR and AED is required.
  • SmartTan Certification: SmartTan certification is a plus for this role.


Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 per year, based on national averages for similar positions in the Lincoln area.
