Program Overview

About the Role
This is a part-time position working 25 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with full-time hours on non-school days. The estimated annual salary for this role is approximately $35,400 - $37,440, based on 25 hours of work per week and the hourly rate of $17-$18.

Responsibilities
- Participant supervision: supervise participants during scheduled activities and enforce the Zero Impact policy.
- Activity facilitation: assist teachers and activity specialists in facilitating lessons/activities, plan and implement engaging academic enrichment and recreation activities.
- Youth development: utilize principles of positive youth development, build positive relationships with participants, and act as a role model.

Requirements
- High School Diploma required.
- 1 year experience working with youth in a school or camp setting.
- Ability to lead and participate in group sports and recreation.
- Ability to communicate effectively and respectfully with all community members.
