Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Environmental Geologist or Engineer to enhance our team. This role will be pivotal in supporting various governmental and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee field investigations and manage data collection and analysis for diverse environmental initiatives.
  • Coordinate on-site operations, including sampling of soil, sediment, surface water, and groundwater.
  • Supervise drilling and well installation activities while ensuring accurate environmental data management and reporting.
  • Assign tasks to team members and guide field operations, including sampling, monitoring, and inspections.
  • Develop and delegate work plans and reports for stakeholders and clients.
  • Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior staff, fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Ensure high-quality deliverables and maintain effective client interactions.
