Job Title: Business Development Manager - Healthcare

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the healthcare and life sciences industry. You will work closely with our sales and operations teams to develop and execute sales strategies, build relationships with key customers, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the healthcare and life sciences industry
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers, including healthcare providers, pharmaceutical companies, and medical device manufacturers
  • Collaborate with sales and operations teams to identify new business opportunities and develop sales plans
  • Provide sales support and training to sales teams to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or sales
  • 3+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the healthcare and life sciences industry
  • Proven track record of achieving sales goals and driving revenue growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
