About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Engineer to join our team in the development of ePaper display products. This role requires a strong background in engineering, with expertise in product development, design, and testing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop product requirements in collaboration with business unit and product development teams
  • Define lead vehicles for product evaluation and coordinate prototype builds
  • Deliver customer demos to support the business unit and evaluate product performance against requirements
  • Develop and maintain documentation of product performance and test results
  • Work with cross-functional teams to develop and execute product development plans
  • Support root cause analysis to identify and address potential design and manufacturing issues
Requirements
  • BS Degree in Engineering or Technical field required (Mechanical, Materials, Electronics, or Electrical Engineering desired)
  • 3+ years' experience in product development, with some programming experience
  • Demonstrated experience with statistical analysis and transferring a developed product component to high-volume manufacturing
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, self-managed environment with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
