About the Role

Cabot Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Digital Business Relationship Manager to join our team in Billerica, MA; Alpharetta, GA; or Riga, Latvia. As a key member of our Digital organization, you will play a critical role in driving digital strategy and innovation in our Global Business Services (GBS) Order to Cash (O2C) area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement digital business initiatives and projects aligned with GBS O2C organizational objectives.
  • Partner with O2C Global Process Owner and Delivery Center Operations teams to integrate O2C and Digital as strategic partners.
  • Collaborate with regional digital partners, enterprise architects, project managers, business analysts, and data teams to align projects with business needs and technology.
  • Manage a portfolio of digital services, develop a strategic roadmap, prioritize projects, and align technology with business needs.
  • Assist in the development of Digital strategy and ensure business case value realization and optimization.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree with technical related discipline.
  • Minimum 7 years of related experience.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience facilitating the development and implementation of digital business initiatives and projects based on GBS Order to Cash (O2C) organizational objectives.
  • Experience across one or more of the following ERP Systems (JD Edwards, SAP, or other ERP system).
  • Strong understanding of information technology and prior experience understanding needs and making recommendations to deliver technology solutions that create business value.
  • Demonstrated track record of creating technology solutions to solve business problems (globally, or across multiple divisions or regions within a single company).
  • Strong collaboration, teamwork and relationship building skills across multiple levels and functions in the organization.
  • Ability to set expectations with business partners and effectively leverage governance for a positive business partner experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to interact with, influence and motivate others using diplomacy, conflict resolution and problem-solving skills to achieve win-win outcomes.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate technical or complex subject matter in business terms.
