Job Overview

Position Title: Event Coordination Specialist

Location: Remote (Hybrid)

Compensation: $25-30 per hour

Core Responsibilities:

  • Support the organization and management of significant virtual gatherings involving esteemed clients.
  • Engage with suppliers and service partners to guarantee flawless event delivery.
  • Prepare and disseminate event-related materials, including invitations, agendas, and signage.
  • Oversee participant registration and communication, addressing questions and special requirements.
  • Set up and dismantle event venues, ensuring all equipment and materials are handled appropriately.
  • Provide on-site assistance during events, including troubleshooting and resolving any issues that may occur.
  • Maintain comprehensive records and assist with post-event assessments to enhance future events.

Required Qualifications:

  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking capabilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management tools.
  • Prior experience in event management or a related field is advantageous but not mandatory.
