Job Title: Administrative Manager

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Manager to join our team at Husson University. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Online and Distance Education Division and the College of Health and Pharmacy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the Associate Provost/Interim Dean, program Chairs, and other senior administrators.
  • Coordinate student success initiatives related to enrollment, advising, and curriculum sheet audits.
  • Manage calendars, meetings, and event planning for the Online and Distance Education Division and the College of Health and Pharmacy.
  • Assist with budget planning, purchase orders, and travel expense requests.
  • Supervise work study students and graduate assistants.
  • Perform routine office tasks, including typing, copying, scanning, faxing, and filing.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, AS degree required with documentation of related experience.
  • Minimum of three years of office administration experience in an academic setting.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Professional and database management.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Working Conditions:

The work environment is quiet, with frequent interruptions from telephone calls, visitors, and students. The ideal candidate should be able to work well in a fast-paced environment and have excellent communication and organizational skills.
