Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Coca-Cola Beverages Northeast. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for performing settlement and cashiering duties within a Sales & Distribution Center, ensuring accurate and timely processing of driver paperwork and cash reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and verify end-of-day driver paperwork, ensuring all necessary documents are included and accurate.
  • Prepare driver paperwork for imaging and maintain a missing documents log.
  • Research and resolve driver overages and shortages, as well as troubleshoot handheld issues impacting settlement.
  • Perform cashiering duties, including Fed-Ready status of deposit and preparation of deposit for pick-up by armored car service.
  • Ensure security of route cash and receive and verify full-service bag count.
  • Count full-service cash and finalize handheld, as well as validate proper use of cash drop log.
  • Research mail checks, print back-up, and code in Payment Manager, and complete miscellaneous tasks as assigned.
Requirements
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required; associate's degree or equivalent preferred.
  • 2-5 years of experience in an office environment required; experience in cash room environment preferred.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Valid driver's license, driving record within policy guidelines, and insurance that meets company requirements.
