Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Rehab Director to lead our sub-acute/skilled nursing Rehab Department. As a Rehab Director, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient and effective operations, planning and implementing rehabilitation programs, and providing administrative rehabilitation supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure efficient and effective operations of the Rehab Department
  • Plan and implement rehabilitation programs and procedures to optimize patient outcomes
  • Monitor patient admissions, schedules, MDS assessment periods, and data
  • Provide administrative rehabilitation supervision and serve as a rehabilitation staff mentor
  • Provide physical therapy services as needed
  • Be a licensed physical therapist or license eligible in the state where employed
  • Have experience as a treating therapist in the Skilled Nursing Facility setting
  • The ideal candidate will have experience managing a SNF rehabilitation department
