About the Role

Premise Health Systems is seeking a highly skilled and experienced LPN to fill the position of Health Center Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a medium-sized health center, overseeing staff, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of staff members, including RNs, administrative, and technical staff
  • Oversee daily operations, workflow, and work schedules to ensure efficient and effective health center performance
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and present recommendations to the Director, Client Operations
  • Manage internal budget, review expenses, and make purchasing decisions as needed
  • Assist in the identification and scheduling of local per diems
  • Collaborate with the Medical Leader at the site to manage internal site issues
  • Act as the health center's infection control lead and collaborate with the corporate Director of Quality and Infection Control Officer
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Current license as a LPN/LVN, MA, RN, RT, EMS, or NP/PA in the practicing state
  • Minimum 3+ years' experience in the medical field
  • 2-3 years' management experience
