Global Customer Support Specialist

AIG Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Global Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients in times of need.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide telephone support and emergency evacuation services to clients
- Coordinate the management of client travel emergencies, including flight cancellations, delays, and interruptions
- Monitor patient status and report to family and fellow travelers
- Make arrangements for medical evacuation and document case management
- Provide translation services and support inbound/outbound SMS communications
- Assess and file claims on behalf of clients
- Work with the Provider Network Group to add and evaluate new service providers
Requirements:
- Fluent (Read, Write, Speak) German, French, Persian, and/or Farsi is preferred but not required
- English required
- Contact/Call Center experience is preferred but not exclusive
- Health care experience is preferred but not exclusive
- Excellent telephone communication skills and computer skills
- Excellent verbal and written use of the language
- Excellent critical thinking skills
- Attention to detail and sense of urgency
- Ability to work under pressure
Work Schedule:
The Assistance Call Center operates 24/7/365. The shift we are hiring for is Morning Shift: 6am-2:30pm and Second Shift: 1:30pm-10pm 5-days per week, including weekend work and Holiday work.
